The attorney’s fee is subject to mutual agreement. It depends on the complexity of the matter, the time required, and the total value of the case. Accordingly, the fee structure may be a flat fee, an hourly rate, a fixed or percentage-based fee proportional to the value of the assignment, a contingency fee (subject to statutory conditions), or a combination thereof.
I publish this fee schedule for informational purposes only; the exact amount depends on the specific parameters of the assignment to be performed.
The attorney’s fee is established individually for each matter following the consultation and case study, based on a subsequent agreement with the Client.
The following fee information does not include the foreseeable costs arising in connection with the performance of the case. I am able to provide information regarding foreseeable costs only after a consultation.
In an attorney-client engagement agreement, it is not permitted to deviate from the fee information published at the time of the conclusion of the contract to the detriment of the client.
